In connection with any registration of Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 2 or 3 hereofSections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4, the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities covered by any such registration may select one counsel to represent all Holders of Registrable Securities covered by any such registration; provided, however, that in the event that the counsel selected as provided above is also acting as counsel to the Company in connection with such registration, the remaining Holders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities held by such remaining Holders shall be entitled to select one additional counsel to represent all such remaining Holders.
