Common use of Selection Disputes Clause in Contracts

Selection Disputes. (a) I acknowledge and agree that any dispute as to Team selection will be dealt with in accordance with CA’s Constitution and Selection Policy. I will not make any comment or statement to the media regarding any such dispute that occurs during the Term. I also acknowledge that sanctions may be imposed on me should I make any such comment or statement.
