Common use of Selection Committee Clause in Contracts

Selection Committee. The decision as to which applicant may be granted leave will be made by the Board, acting upon the recommendations from the Selection Committee. Only such proposals as are approved by formal motion of the Board will be undertaken. This Committee consists of: two (2) Teachers appointed by the local unit. one (1) supervisory officer of the Board one (1) trustee who will be chairperson A quorum will consist of all appointed members.
