Common use of Selection and Continuation of Tranche Periods Clause in Contracts

Selection and Continuation of Tranche Periods. (a) With consultation from the Agent and the related Managing Agent, Seller shall from time to time select Tranche Periods for the Purchaser Interests of the Financial Institutions in each Purchase Group, provided that, if at any time the Financial Institutions shall have a Purchaser Interest, Seller shall always request Tranche Periods such that Purchaser Interests of the Financial Institutions having Capital of at least $10,000,000 (or, if the aggregate Capital of the Financial Institutions in such Purchase Group is less than $10,000,000, the Purchaser Interests of such Financial Institutions) shall have a Tranche Period that shall end on the date specified in clause (A) of the definition of Settlement Date.
