Common use of Sedimentation Clause in Contracts

Sedimentation. 5.22.1. Construction at the Carolina North Project shall comply with applicable soil and erosion control regulations and State oversight. The University shall incorporate erosion and sediment control measures for all land-disturbing activities. All individual construction projects at the Carolina North Project shall include erosion and sedimentation control measures.
