SECURITY VETTING OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER’S PERSONNEL. 20.1 13.1 SARS reserves the right in at its sole and absolute discretion to do a security check (vetting) on the Service Provider’s personnel involved with the performance of the Services, provided that SARS has obtained the prior written permission of such personnel. In the event that the Service Provider’s personnel refuse to give such written permission, the Service Provider shall immediately replace such personnel as provided for in Clause 13.2 below.
