Common use of Security Statement Clause in Contracts

Security Statement. Any and all privacy security disputes regarding your Products shall be settled by you and End Users, and Huawei shall not bear any liabilities arising therefrom. Huawei may (but has no obligation to) provide you with opinions and suggestions on resolving such privacy security disputes in order to protect End Users' rights and interests. You shall notify Huawei without undue delay in the event of any breach of Personal Data. Without prejudice to any other of its rights or remedies in this Agreement (including Huawei's right to be indemnified by you or those provided by law) Huawei may terminate this Agreement with you for a breach by you of this Clause 6.
