Common use of Security Registration Clause in Contracts

Security Registration. 14.1 Registration over your property (a) You agree that immediately upon: (i) the creation of your Account; or (ii) your failure to adhere to the payment terms in clause 5, all amounts owing to us under this Agreement are a secured debt, with the security being a security interest in all your present and after- acquired property (including any proceeds from the sale of such property). (b) You agree that we may attend to registration of any of our security interests on the PPSR without notice to you.
