Access and facilities. 8.1 The Company shall allow the Consultant such access to the Company’s premises as is necessary to carry out the Services provided that the Company shall only be obliged to afford such access during its Business Hours and provided that the Consultant obtains all necessary Permits or Permissions (as specified in the Schedule hereto). In the event that the COMPANY should allow such meetings to take place on the COMPANY’S premises, then the UNION shall obtain the prior permission of the COMPANY at least 48 (Forty Eight) hours prior to the meeting. In the event of an emergency, the Company may agree to the holding of such meetings within working hours, and not unreasonably be withheld. The PARTIES will hold meetings with each other’s officials at either party’s request. The COMPANY agree to allow the UNION the use of suitable notice board for the display of any notices. The UNION undertakes to submit for the COMPANY’S approval all material for such display. The COMPANY reserves the right to withhold approval for placement in cases where such is likely to be detrimental to the good relationship between the parties and/or the COMPANY’S operations. The UNION will comply with the access security regulations of the COMPANY and shall not interfere with the normal and safe operations of the COMPANY’S business. Nothing in this agreement shall in any way limit the normal right of admission in common law reserved by the COMPANY as the proprietors of the premises.

If ETS personnel perform work at Customer’s premises, Customer will provide ETS personnel with reasonable access to Customer’s computer systems and premises during normal business hours, reasonably required onsite workspace, office support services and supplies, and reasonably requested use of equipment and communications facilities, including Internet access.
