Access and facilities. A maximum number of 2 (Two) officials may hold meetings with the shop stewards and its members outside of normal work hours. In the event that the COMPANY should allow such meetings to take place on the COMPANY’S premises, then the UNION shall obtain the prior permission of the COMPANY at least 48 (Forty Eight) hours prior to the meeting. In the event of an emergency, the Company may agree to the holding of such meetings within working hours, and not unreasonably be withheld. The PARTIES will hold meetings with each other’s officials at either party’s request. The COMPANY agree to allow the UNION the use of suitable notice board for the display of any notices. The UNION undertakes to submit for the COMPANY’S approval all material for such display. The COMPANY reserves the right to withhold approval for placement in cases where such is likely to be detrimental to the good relationship between the parties and/or the COMPANY’S operations. The UNION will comply with the access security regulations of the COMPANY and shall not interfere with the normal and safe operations of the COMPANY’S business. Nothing in this agreement shall in any way limit the normal right of admission in common law reserved by the COMPANY as the proprietors of the premises.
