Common use of Security Measures Clause in Contracts

Security Measures. Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide guard service or other security measures for the benefit of the Premises or the Project. Tenant assumes all responsibility for the protection of Tenant, its employees, agents, invitees and property from acts of third parties. Nothing herein contained shall prevent Landlord, at its sole option, from providing security protection for the Project or any part thereof, in which event the cost thereof shall be included within the definition of Project Costs.
