Security; Loan Documents. The security for this Note includes a Construction Deed of Trust, Assignments of Rents and Leases, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing of even date herewith from Borrower to PRLAP, Inc., as Trustee for the benefit of Bank of America, N.A., a national banking association, as beneficiary in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders (which, as it may have been or may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time, is herein called the “Mortgage”), covering certain property in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley, County of Riverside, California described therein (the “Property”). This Note, the Mortgage, the Loan Agreement and all other documents now or hereafter securing, guaranteeing or executed in connection with the loan evidenced by this Note (the “Loan”), are, as the same have been or may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time, herein sometimes called individually a “Loan Document” and together the “Loan Documents.”
