The security for this Note includes a Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Agreement in the amount of $2,446,298.11 (which, as it may have been or may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time, is herein called the “Mortgage”) dated as of the date hereof from Borrower to Administrative Agent covering certain property in Pelham Manor, Westchester County, New York described therein (the “Property”).
