Common use of Security; Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Security; Loan Documents. The security for this Note includes a Credit Line and Construction Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing (as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, modified or supplemented, the “Deed of Trust”) of even date herewith from Borrower to Lender, conveying and encumbering certain real and personal property more particularly described therein (the “Property”). This Note, the Commercial Real Estate Loan Note (as defined in the Loan Agreement), the Deed of Trust, the Construction Loan Agreement between Borrower and Lender of even date herewith (as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, modified or supplemented, the “Loan Agreement”) and all other documents now or hereafter securing, guaranteeing or executed in connection with the loan evidenced by this Note (the “Loan”), as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, modified or supplemented, are herein sometimes called individually a “Loan Document” and together the “Loan Documents.”
