Security Levels. Each Participant and use is assigned a security level based on their agent type. A. Security Level One (1) – Export/RETS Vendors. Denied access to NM MLS. B. Security Level Two (2) – Affiliated members. Used for Appraisers who hold an affiliated membership and are not full REALTOR® members. C. Security Level Three (3) – Appraisers. Can view active and sold listings only but cannot add listings. D. Security Level Four (4) – Associate Brokers. Able to view, add and maintain listings under Qualifying Broker E. Security Level Five (5) – Qualifying Brokers and Secretaries. Has access to view, add and maintain their own and their Associate Broker’s listings. Each active office is allowed up to two (2) security level 5’s. F. Security Level Six (6) – Qualifying Brokers. Has branch offices and gives capability of producing reports.
Security Levels. Synacor will maintain levels of security consistent with industry standards, but in no event less than reasonable level of security. Synacor will implement commercially reasonable industry standards to guard against external breaches of security as well as the loss, misuse or unintended distribution of customer data and other information. 16.2. Co-operation with Law Enforcement or Civil Subpoenas. Upon receipt by either Party of notice of a law enforcement demand (e.g. subpoena, court order or Title III order) or civil subpoena or court order, the Parties will cooperate fully with ach other and the receiving Party will respond promptly in compliance with the timeframes set forth in such legal process.

Security Levels. CIS shall provide all the capabilities and functions described in this Specification on every installed image station i.e., view, add, update, seal, archive, etc. This will allow an operator to use any of the installed image stations with his/her normally assigned capabilities. By having all functions available at each of the image stations, this will allow for easier handling of the equipment and personnel reassignments. The Systems Administrator shall have the tools to assign or de-assign these capabilities to an operator depending on the operator's assigned or newly assigned duties. For example, some operators will have the capability of viewing the adult and juvenile images whereas, others will only be allowed to view the adult images.
