(i) Any known or suspected condition in or affecting The System that could compromise the security, confidentiality, or integrity of Yahoo Data or The System or impair Yahoo’s ability to meet legal obligations; or (ii) Any unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized use of Yahoo Data in the possession or under the control or direction of Partner.
