Security Guards. All regularly employed full-time security guards but excluding all other employees, including supervisory, managerial, confidential and short-term employees as defined in the Illinois Educational Relations Act. 1.2 The Board agrees not to enter into contract negotiations in regard to hours, wages, and working conditions with any individual, group, or organization of Staff Members covered by this Agreement, other than its duly elected representatives, for the duration of this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude individuals or other organizations from presenting their views and recommendations to the Board or administrative staff at any time.
