Security Consulting Services. 6.1. Wizard shall, where requested in the Service Order Form and agreed to in writing between Wizard and Customer, use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to Customer Consultants to perform the Security Consulting Services. If at any time Customer informs Wizard that, acting reasonably, it is dissatisfied with the performance of any individual Consultant working on the Service(s), Wizard will take steps to remedy the issue, which may at Wizard’s option include replacement of the individual Consultant by an alternative individual. If reasonably requested by either party, Wizard and Customer will each appoint a named representative to act as a liaison point between the parties to meet at agreed intervals to review progress of the Service(s) and discuss any issues or concerns. 6.2. Wizard will use reasonable endeavours to meet any agreed delivery dates for the performance of its Service(s) and shall promptly advise Customer of any potential or actual delays. Any changes in the Service(s) to be provided or the agreed performance dates will become effective only upon written agreement of the Parties. It is the responsibility of Customer to provide to Wizard in a timely manner all assistance, information and materials which Wizard may reasonably request for the performance of the Service(s). Wizard will not be liable for delays in performance caused by any delay or failure by Customer to provide any assistance, information or materials requested by Wizard. 6.3. Wizard shall be entitled to subcontract any or all of the Service(s) to suitably qualified personnel or organisations and shall ensure that Wizard remains fully liable for all acts or omissions of the subcontractor appointed by it to be a Consultant pursuant to this Agreement.

Security Consulting Services. GR will arrange for and provide security consulting Services related to the necessity of evacuation or security countermeasures for Traveling Member, as Traveling Member may request from time to time, at GR’s then-current rates for such Services. GR shall invoice Traveling Member for such Services and Traveling Member shall remit payment as provided for in this Agreement.
