Common use of Security Escort Clause in Contracts

Security Escort. A security escort will be required whenever Core or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must traverse a restricted area within Windstream’s central office. Rates for a Windstream security escort are assessed in one-half (1/2) hour increments according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A: Collocation Pricing. A request resulting in the dispatch of an Windstream employee at a time not consecutive with the employee's scheduled work period is subject to a minimum charge of three (3) hours.
