Security Escort. A security escort will be required whenever BSIA or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must traverse a restricted area within BellSouth’s central office. Rates for a BellSouth security escort are assessed in one-half (1/2) hour increments according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A.
Security Escort. A security escort will be required whenever Xxxxxxxx or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must have access to the Central Office Premises after the one accompanied site visit allowed pursuant to subsection 6.2.2 prior to completing BellSouth’s Security Training requirements and/or prior to Space Acceptance. Rates for a security escort are assessed in one-half (1/2) hour increments according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A.
Security Escort. A security escort will be required whenever ALEC Inc., or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must have access to the Premises after the one accompanied site visit allowed pursuant to Section 5 prior to completing BellSouth’s Security Training requirements. Rates for a security escort are assessed according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A beginning with the scheduled escort time. BellSouth will wait for one-half (1/2) hour after the scheduled time for such an escort and ALEC Inc., shall pay for such half-hour charges in the event ALEC Inc., fails to show up.
Security Escort. After ACCESS Integrated has used its one accompanied site visit, pursuant to Section 5.9.1 above, and prior to ACCESS Integrated’s completion of the BellSouth Security Training requirements, contained in Section 12 below, a security escort will be required when ACCESS Integrated’s employees, approved agent, supplier, or Guest(s) desire access to the Remote Site Location. The rates for security escort service are assessed pursuant to the fee schedule contained in Exhibit B, beginning with the scheduled escort time agreed to by the Parties. BellSouth will wait for one half (1/2) hour after the scheduled escort time to provide such requested escort service and ACCESS Integrated shall pay for such half hour charges in the event ACCESS Integrated’s employees, approved agent, supplier or Guest(s) fails to show up for the scheduled escort appointment.
Security Escort. Radiation Therapists reporting to and departing from work at the Hospital between the hours of 2300 and 0700 shall, if they so request, be provided with a security escort to and from their car parked within the vicinity of the Hospital.

A security escort will be required whenever WebShoppe or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must have access to the Premises after the one accompanied site visit allowed pursuant to Section 5 prior to completing BellSouth’s Security Training requirements. Rates for a security escort are assessed according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A beginning with the scheduled escort time. BellSouth will wait for one-half (1/2) hour after the scheduled time for such an escort and WebShoppe shall pay for such half-hour charges in the event WebShoppe fails to show up.

A security escort will be required whenever PTLLC or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or a BellSouth Premises after the one (1) accompanied site visit allowed pursuant to Section 5.12.1 prior to PTLLC’s completion of the BellSouth Security Training requirements. The rates for security escort service are assessed pursuant to the fee schedule in Exhibit B, beginning with Version 2Q04: 08/18/04 the scheduled escort time. BellSouth will wait for one-half (1/2) hour after the scheduled time for such an escort and PTLLC shall pay for such half-hour charges in the event PTLLC fails to show up for the scheduled escort appointment.

Rates for a Windstream security escort are assessed in one-half (1/2) hour increments according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A: Collocation Pricing. A request resulting in the dispatch of a Windstream employee at a time not consecutive with the employee's scheduled work period is subject to a minimum charge of three (3) hours.
