Common use of Security Escort Clause in Contracts

Security Escort. A security escort will be required whenever WebShoppe or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must have access to the Premises after the one accompanied site visit allowed pursuant to Section 5 prior to completing BellSouth’s Security Training requirements. Rates for a security escort are assessed according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A beginning with the scheduled escort time. BellSouth will wait for one-half (1/2) hour after the scheduled time for such an escort and WebShoppe shall pay for such half-hour charges in the event WebShoppe fails to show up.
