Common use of Security Assurances Clause in Contracts

Security Assurances. Any bonds, guaranties, letters of credit, or other forms of financial assurances supporting the Transferred Properties that any transferor or any of their Affiliates possess or has delivered to other Persons as security for performance of certain obligations owed to Government Authorities or other Persons, as listed on Schedule 3 attached to this Agreement; and
