Security and Use. Customer will immediately notify Philips of any unauthorized use or security breach of EPP Host, EPP Console, Subscription Services, or Documentation.
Security and Use. Researchers shall only use the Data through Redivis. Any Researcher(s) shall notify CJDC of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Data immediately.
Security and Use. Each receiving Party agrees to (i) institute and maintain reasonable and customary security procedures to identify, protect and account for all copies of Confidential Information of the disclosing Party, and (ii) limit disclosure of the disclosing Party’s Confidential Information to its Representatives having a need to know such Confidential Information for purposes of the receiving Party exercising its rights and performing its obligations under this Agreement; provided that such Representatives are informed of the confidential nature of the information, and are subject to obligations of confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-use and inventions similar to and at least as restrictive as those set forth in this Agreement. The receiving Party shall notify the owning Party as promptly as practicable of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information, but in any event no later than seventy-two (72) hours thereafter; provided, that, for clarity, such notification shall not excuse the receiving Party from any liability in connection with such unauthorized use or disclosure.
