Common use of Security Agreement Amendment Clause in Contracts

Security Agreement Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Administrative Borrower a duly executed and delivered counterpart of an Amendment (as defined in the Security Agreement) evidencing the pledge of the Equity Interests of the Joining Subsidiary Guarantor, substantially in the form of Exhibit H to the Security Agreement.
