Common use of Securities Register Clause in Contracts

Securities Register. 3.2.1 The securities register of the Company contains true and accurate records of the holders of securities from time to time issued by the Company and the Company does not know of any facts or circumstances which may give rise to a rectification of the securities register of the Company. 3.2.2 No person has any right to obtain an order for the rectification of the securities register of any Group Company.
