Common use of Securities Register Clause in Contracts

Securities Register. The Trustee shall keep a register of the Notes (the "Security Register") which shall provide for the registration of such Notes, and for transfers of such Notes in accordance with information, if any, to be provided to the Trustee by the Obligor, subject to such reasonable regulations as the Trustee may prescribe. Such register shall be in written form or in any other form capable of being converted into written form within a reasonable time. At all reasonable times the information contained in such register or registers shall be available for inspection at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee or at such other office or agency to be maintained by the Obligor pursuant to Section 9.
