Securities Redeemed or Purchased in Part. Upon surrender of a Security that is redeemed or purchased in part, the Issuer shall issue and the Trustee shall authenticate for the Holder at the expense of the Issuer a new Security of same series equal in principal amount to the unredeemed or unpurchased portion of the Security surrendered.
