Common use of Securing Rights Clause in Contracts

Securing Rights. Developer shall list in the Vision any licenses, trademarks, copyrights, patents and other licenses required for the Game. Developer shall be solely responsible for protecting Game Intellectual Property Rights, such as through trademark and copyright registrations, unless Publisher agrees in writing to assist Developer, in which case such expenses shall be paid from the Service Budget.
