Secured Units Sample Clauses

Secured Units. ‌ Concessionaires are responsible for locking gates and doors when a unit is closed for business or construction. If the gates or doors are found open by any Airport personnel, the Concessionaire is subject to the fines (as outlined in Section 18, Table of Liquidated Damages).
