Secured Facility. Seller shall secure the Facility on the Company-Owned Site and prevent access to the Facility by unauthorized personnel in the same matter or higher as Company secures its power generating facilities in the county in which the Company-Owned Site is located. Notwithstanding Company’s then current security procedures for its other facilities, in the event of security concerns as may be determined by the Company’s security personnel, Company may require Seller to temporarily maintain personnel at the Company-Owned Site 24 hours a day 7 days a week to monitor the security and safety of the Company-Owned Site and Facility.
