SECURED CONTRACTS AND STATEMENTS OF WORK. 2.7.1 To recognise the investment the University puts into securing contracts and statements of work, employees agree they will not, either during their employment with the University or after their employment ends with the University, directly or indirectly, alone or with any other person or entity: 2.7.1.1 entice or persuade PLD Recipients (i.e. schools) or the Ministry of Education to end or limit any current or existing contracts and statements of work, where a University employee is a named facilitator.
