Secure Tenancy. This tenancy is given when a property is let with exclusive possession (the tenant occupies the property on his/her own or with just his/her household) and the tenancy is not specified as an exception (e.g. an introductory tenancy). However, if you breach any term of this agreement, then we can apply to the Court for a possession order. As an Introductory Tenant, you have fewer legal rights than a Secure Tenant.
