Secure Premises Sample Clauses
The 'Secure Premises' clause requires the party in possession or control of a property to take reasonable measures to protect the premises from unauthorized access, damage, or theft. This may involve installing locks, security systems, or surveillance cameras, and ensuring that only authorized individuals can enter the property. The core function of this clause is to allocate responsibility for the safety and security of the premises, thereby reducing the risk of loss or liability arising from security breaches.
Secure Premises. The Supplier (and any relevant sub-contractors) shall, throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement and all Call-Off Agreements, be able to provide secure premises at least in compliance with security protocols IL1 to IL3 of HMG Business Impact Evaluation.
Secure Premises. Tenant shall close and lock the doors of its --------------- Premises and entirely shut off all water faucets or other water apparatus and electricity, gas or air outlets, and all electric machines (coffee pots) before Tenant and its employees leave the Premises.
