The promoter shall intimate the allottee’s about such termination at least thirty days prior to such termination. After refund of the money paid by the Allottee’s, the Allottee’s agrees that he/ she shall not have any rights, claims etc. against the Promoter and that the Promoter shall be released and discharged from all its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.

  • POSSESSION OF PREMISES Tenant shall not be entitled to possession of the premises designated for lease until the security deposit and first month’s rent (or prorated portion thereof), less any applicable promotional discount, is paid in full and the premises designated for lease is vacated by the prior tenant.

In the event any legal action has to be instituted to enforce any terms or provisions under this Lease, then the prevailing party in said action shall be entitled to recover a reasonable attorney's fee in addition to all costs of said action.
