Secure Message. The Secure Messages within Online Banking and Mobile Banking provides you access to an online mailbox where you can send and receive secure messages with our eBanking Support team.
Secure Message. If you've registered for Online Banking, we may send you secure messages through either of these platforms. Telephone We can call you on your home telephone number or mobile phone number. Text Message We can send a text message to your mobile phone. Post We can write to you by post at your address. Email We can send an email to the email address you've given to us. We'll always contact you using the most recent contact details we have. These will be the contact details you gave to us when you opened your account, unless you've told us that they have changed since then.
Secure Message. Sending a secure electronic message through Online Banking is a way to communicate with the Bank. Secure Message is provided for you to ask questions about your account(s) and provide general feedback. Secure Message is accessible after you sign on with your Password to a session of Online Banking. To ensure the security of your account information, we recommend that you use Secure Message when asking specific questions about your account(s). You cannot use Secure Message to initiate transactions on your account(s). For banking transactions, please use the appropriate functions within Online Banking or call 1-800-724-CNB1.
Secure Message. If you've registered for Online Banking, we can get in touch with you by sending you a secure message through the Online Banking portal.
Secure Message. After signing on to Total Access, there is a Secure Message option available which you can utilize to communicate with the Bank in a secure environment. This is the only secure way to electronically communicate with the Bank available.
