Common use of SECURE DATA STORAGE AND TRANSFERS Clause in Contracts

SECURE DATA STORAGE AND TRANSFERS. CoreLogic has built security features (e.g. access controls, encryption, etc.) that provide protection for information transmitted to and from this website. You accept and understand that it is not possible to ensure unconditional security and confidentiality from unauthorized third parties when transmitting information across the Internet which is a public network. You accept the possible risk of disclosure of information during transmission between CoreLogic and you, or while residing in your personal computer and/or network and hereby waive any rights that you might have against CoreLogic arising from disclosure. You also agree to hold CoreLogic harmless against any claims for damage suffered as a result of such disclosure.
