Common use of Secure Communication Clause in Contracts

Secure Communication. If required by the Bank, the patties shall send written communications about the Se1vices at1d transmit files, including any Deliverables, using Intralinks, Zixmail, or another Battle-approved secure communication technology. The patties may communicate about the administration of this agreement by regulat· electronic mail as long as those communications do not include details about the Facility or the Se1vices.
