Secure Application Access. Mercent authorized Client users access the Services using password authentication encrypted via industry-standard SSL security protocol. Host Systems are designed to prevent a Client from accessing the data of another Client. Additional application security procedures (such as IP filtering) may also be employed. Mercent shall not be responsible for any failure by Client to maintain the security of its user passwords.
