Common use of Secure and Ventilate Clause in Contracts

Secure and Ventilate. i. Within 6 months of Site Selection, FP&C shall secure and ventilate all 9 historic properties within the MCLNO campus. These buildings are Charity Hospital addressed at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, the Xxxxxx Memorial Building addressed at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, the Lepeyre-Xxxxxxxxxxxx Building addressed at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, the General Services Building addressed at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, the Power House addressed at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, the Maintenance Shop addressed at 000 XxXxxxx Xxxxxx, the Xxxxxxx Building addressed at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, the Butterworth Building addressed at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, and the Laundry Building addressed at 000 XxXxxxx Xxxxxx.
