Common use of Sector Allocation and Exemptions Clause in Contracts

Sector Allocation and Exemptions. Each Member shall take all actions and execute all 21 documents necessary to obtain the Sector’s Amendment 16 annual catch entitlement (“ACE”). The 22 Sector shall request all universal exemptions granted to sectors under Amendment 16 and relating 24 special exemptions initially requested by the Sector are identified on the “Harvesting Rules” attached
