Common use of Sections 9 Clause in Contracts

Sections 9. 3.1 will not apply to limit: (a) a Party’s liability for a breach of Article 7 (Confidentiality and Privacy); (b) Supplier’s liability for a breach of Article 5 (Taxes); or (c) a Party’s liability arising out of bodily injury (including death).
