Common use of Section Vacation Clause in Contracts

Section Vacation. A - Vacations will be earned on the first day of the payroll year and must be taken within the following month period of that payroll year. Vacations will be based on the completed years of continuous service by the employee as of the first day of the payrollyear, to the following schedule: Years of Continuous Service Less than or more Weeks of One day for each month of service up to a maximum of days weeks weeks weeks weeks Note An employee may only receive pay in lieu of his 5th week of vacation.
