Section Thirteen. The Berkeley County Solid Waste Authority shall include a signed and approved copy of this plan in the "Berkeley County Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan" as the Berkeley County Recycling Plan at the next routine updating of the Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan.
