Section Thirteen. The Board shall provide the Union with requested information, statistics and records relevant to negotiations or necessary for the proper enforcement of the terms of this contract, to which the Union is entitled by law in order to fulfill its role as collective bargaining agent, at no cost to the Board. Routine requests of a minor nature will not be charged to the Union. Confidential information pertaining to individuals shall not be provided unless authorized in writing by the affected individual.

Section Thirteen. On-call/Standby Pay. For those employees who are, by managerial direction, obligated to (1) be available for service, (2) standby for a call, or (3) carry a response device to provide immediate response or coverage, the sum of $1 per hour shall be paid for each hour so assigned. Notwithstanding the duration of any on-call/standby assignment, such compensation shall not exceed $100.00 per employee per week.
Section Thirteen. Upon retirement all employees in the bargaining unit, including those covered under the Teachers Retirement System, shall be paid one-fourth of his/her daily salary for each day of sick leave accrued to his/her credit as of his/her last day on the active payroll, up to a maximum of sixty (60) days’ pay.

Section Thirteen. It is understood that some members of the bargaining unit must work during weather extremes. Under such extremes, the employer shall take reasonable steps to protect the health and well-being of employees, e.g., by curtailing work, providing additional or extended rest periods.
