Section A - Definitions. A grievance is an allegation by a teacher that there has been a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of any of the specific provisions of this Agreement. Except by mutual agreement between the Board and the Union to the contrary, the filing of a grievance up to and including Step III shall be limited to one (1) specific provision of the Agreement per filing.
