Common use of Section 9.7.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.7.2. 14 The returning employee will be assigned to the position similar in duties and hours as the 15 position the leave was taken from before the leave of absence. Persons hired to fill positions of 16 employees on leave of absence shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement; except

Section 9.7.2. 14 45 The returning employee will be assigned to the position similar in duties and hours as the 15 46 position the leave was taken from before the leave of absence. Persons hired to fill positions of 16 47 employees on leave of absence shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement; exceptexcept 48 leave replacement employees shall not be covered by Section 10.7. of this Agreement.
