Common use of Section 9.4.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.4.1. 36 An employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of leave on the occasion of the birth of his/her 37 child. Up to three (3) days of leave with pay shall also be granted to an employee for the 38 adoption of his/her child.

Section 9.4.1. 36 2 An employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of leave with pay on the occasion of the birth 3 of his/her 37 child. Up to three (3) days of leave with pay shall also be granted to an employee for 4 the 38 adoption of his/her child.

Section 9.4.1. 36 42 An employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of leave with pay on the occasion of the birth of his/her 37 43 their child. Up to three (3) days of leave with pay shall also be granted to an employee for the 38 44 adoption of his/her their child.
