Common use of Section 9.1.1.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1.1.2. 39 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 40 employee eligible to retire or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate 41 equal to one (1) day's current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued 42 leave for illness or injury.
