If an employee rejects an offer by the District for reemployment upon 20 return from leave, said employee shall forfeit seniority and all other accrued benefits; provided 21 that said position is substantially equal to that held by the employee prior to going on leave 22 status. Substantially equal shall be within two (2) hours per day at the same rate, or the same 23 hours within ten percent (10%) of the hourly rate.
