Common use of Section 9.1.1.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1.1.2. 7 At the time of separation from School District employment due to retirement or death, 8 an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal 9 to one (1) day current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued leave 10 for illness or injury.

Section 9.1.1.2. 7 12 At the time of separation from School District school district employment due to retirement or death, 8 an 13 eligible employee or the employee's ’s estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal 9 to 14 one (1) day day’s current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued leave 10 15 for illness or injuryinjury to a maximum of one-hundred eighty (180) days.
