Common use of Section 8.2.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2.5. 27 For every regular workday from which an employee is absent on sick leave, bereavement leave, 28 emergency leave, or due to a holiday, the hours of the employee’s normal work shift shall be 29 credited for computing vacation credit as if worked.
